we celebrated chinese new year in chinatown, starting with lunch with richard at my favorite chinese restaurant and drinks with my friend sigga in my favorite non-chinese pub in the area. was drunk and happy! hope you had a similar thursday.
today is gorgeous, so we're about to head out and shop.

Is Chinatown in the town you live in our London? I am assuming London has one, but really would think it is cool if your town has one too, since the picture I have seen before look very nice.
ah, should have clarified--the london chinatown. my town is too small to have that, unfortunately. but, we do host one of the best thai restaurants i've been to in recent months. though i was partial to charley thai in logan square, and thai eatery in bucktown... but wait, i was talking about chinese food. or thinking about it...
